We’re Vertex Counseling, a mission-driven group practice in Montgomery County, MD, and we’re looking for licensed therapists (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, PsyD) who want to make an impact and be part of a team that takes mental health seriously.

We serve clients struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and life transitions, using evidence-based care grounded in cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and exposure-based approaches, with space for innovation and compassion.

Our therapists care deeply about what they do, and they work hard. But they also laugh a lot, support each other, and know when it’s time to take a breath.

What We’re Looking For

We're not here to micromanage or overpromise. We're here to partner with therapists who:

• You’re fully licensed in Maryland (or close to it)

•  You’re grounded in clinical integrity, ethics, and evidence-based care

• Complete documentation within 24 hours (yes, always)

• Show up for clients, even when it’s tough

• You’re not afraid of accountability or communication

• Communicate with professionalism and purpose

• Want to grow as clinicians and humans

• Value structure, integrity, and community
