Therapy session rates

Other Hourly Rates
(these will be charged depending on the agreement with your insurance company)
| Supervision with Ingrid or Stephany | 1-hour Supervision for LGPC or LGMFT supervisee | $100 |
| Phone Consultation | calls over 15 minutes will be considered a regular session and will be billed at the regular rate | $175 |
| Written Reports | Varies depending on the length of the report or form | $100-$250 |
| Letters | Reasonable accommodation, Therapy attendance, Letters to lawyers, ETC. | $50 |
| Court Appearance | Minimum 8 hours paid in advance and not covered by insurance | $175 per hour ($1400 per day) |
| Consultation | Consultation (EIP meeting, Record review/correspondence) per hour. | $175 |
| Medical Records | Access provided via the client portal (first request) | $25 Processing fee |
| Medical Records | Printed | Medical Records processing fee $25 $8 postage fee + .50 per page. |
Document request process
We require any documentation request to be submitted 2 weeks before the date you need the documents.
1. Contact intake@vertexcw.com to submit your request.
2. Wait for Request approval
3. Submit Payment.
The request will be process within 2 weeks.
Payment should be received before the paperwork is released.***
Forms of Payment:
We accept payment via all major credit cards and HSA cards.
Cancellation Policy:
If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment you have to notify us 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a late cancelation fee of $100.
